"Absolutely horrible customer service! My fiancé canceled her insurance on April 13 2023 when we moved her car to my policy. She was told that nothing needed to be done further and all auto payments would stop effective that day. They then proceeded to auto pay another month from her account despite the policy being canceled. We have been getting the runaround since of when a refund will be issued, and have been told for over a month that it's handled and will be issued today. I just spoke to Katelyn in the office and was told it will be processed today and may take up to 20 days to get reimbursement. Mind you this money was withdrawn after we canceled the policy on April 13th and it is now June 12th! Al shattucks office cares not about their clients at all and are just holding money that should have never been withdrawn to begin with. Thank god we didn't need to make a claim, I can only imagine what a nightmare that would be! DO NOT USE AL SHATTUCK STATE FARM !!!"

"Corny as it sounds sometimes, I do the jingle when things come up and I have a question. :) Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there! Very pleased with the service from the office of Al Shattuck and all of the team members I have worked with since becoming a client, almost (I think) 2 years ago. My family is on a very fixed income and State Farm has been graciously accommodating to that, finding the right plans and coverage at an affordable rate we can afford. When I originally switched, I had been paying almost 300$ a month for full coverage on 1 vehicle and PLPD on 2 others with AO. State Farm got me that coverage, plus homeowners/renters insurance for under 200$ a month! Moving forward, I have called to change policies, save money, and change my bill date with zero problems. I had to file a claim on my vehicle last year because of a pesky possum... The process was painless; made a phone call, deductible, rental vehicle, find a mechanic, vehicle was repaired, and everything was taken care of. I have never had a problem, and if I have a question, someone is always there and quick to answer. I recommend State Farm to anyone who wants genuinely compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled people on their team. LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR, STATE FARM IS THERE!"
