"Absolutely horrible customer service! My fiancé canceled her insurance on April 13 2023 when we moved her car to my policy. She was told that nothing needed to be done further and all auto payments would stop effective that day. They then proceeded to auto pay another month from her account despite the policy being canceled. We have been getting the runaround since of when a refund will be issued, and have been told for over a month that it's handled and will be issued today. I just spoke to Katelyn in the office and was told it will be processed today and may take up to 20 days to get reimbursement. Mind you this money was withdrawn after we canceled the policy on April 13th and it is now June 12th! Al shattucks office cares not about their clients at all and are just holding money that should have never been withdrawn to begin with. Thank god we didn't need to make a claim, I can only imagine what a nightmare that would be! DO NOT USE AL SHATTUCK STATE FARM !!!"
